TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.

Ordering
You can buy products from us online through our website, or by purchasing through catalogs. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order and the total amount that is payable.

If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been dispatched. Please note that some of the larger items that we sell or items that require engraving are shipped direct from our suppliers so may take a while longer to be delivered to you. Please allow up to 10 days if an item requires engraving or a photo placing on it. Please note we regret that once a product has been personalized it cannot be returned for a refund.

You can pay by, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All Credit Card transactions are processed through our Merchant Gateway Partner (Authorize.net)

Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders within a timely fashion. All on-line orders are processed at the same time the school or organization’s order is processed in order to credit them for the purchase.  Your order will ship at the same time as the organization’s order, so please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery, depending on when in the school’s fundraising time-line your order was placed.  Fundraising Solutions will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery by our chosen carrier. If however, in any event your parcel is delayed and doesn't arrive when expected then please contact us as soon as possible, and we will investigate.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, then please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery - within 30 days - for a full refund or replacement, less a 10% handling charge, (unless we are at fault) A refund will then be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods. Please note we regret that once a product has been personalized it cannot be returned for a refund.
