How does fundraising work?
1. Direct Sellers: Like $1 Chocolate Bars, Lollipops, and Smencils.
How it Works:

Select the product you’d like to sell

Place your order by calling (800) 352-2643 or on-line at www.FundraisingSolutions.US (see page X for information on Net 30 Days terms or pre-payment options). Each price list will indicate the suggested order based on the number of sellers.

Sell the product, collect the money, and bank your profits
Advantages: Products in-hand are easy to sell, the costs are low in price, and there is no need to go back to deliver ordered merchandise.
2. Brochure Order Takers: Like Snackin’ In The USA or Illuminations candles
How it Works:

Select the brochure(s) you’d like to sell from (generally 1 or 2).

Decide when you want to start and when you plan to end your sale (usually only 2-3 weeks of selling, see page X for order deadlines for each holiday).

Order your free order taking brochures by calling (800) 352-2643 or on-line at www.FundraisingSolutions.US, you’ll receive one brochure, order form, and money envelope for each seller as well as instructions.

Have your volunteers take orders from friends, family, and people at work, collecting the money while they take the orders.

At the end of the sale, deposit the money collected into your organization’s checking account and mail the order forms to Fundraising Solutions in the pre-addressed envelope along with your organization’s check for the wholesale value of the products sold. Keep your profits!

Fundraising Solutions will computer tally your orders, provide you with a fundraising report of the details of your sale, individually pack each sellers order (except Vermont Wreaths which is shipped to-the-unit) and ship your order in about 3 weeks, often sooner.

Volunteers deliver the merchandise sold to those that purchased them.

Advantages: No money is needed up front, no product to carry around in order to sell, a wide variety of products can be offered, only products that have already been sold and paid for are ordered.
What can we do to assure our group’s success?
Promote the fundraiser: We can provide your organization with Reminder Notices, Posters, and Tips on how to promote your fundraising event. Just ask for our free “Success Kit” when ordering your fundraising products or brochures.
Seller Incentives: Awards to your sellers produce higher sales and more profits in most kinds of organizations. See page X for our FREE 5-lb. Hershey Bar or FREE 54 oz. Bag of Skittles promotion to use as seller incentives. Page X also shows our free Prize Program that can be used with your brochure order taking fundraiser. Be sure to request the prize brochures when ordering. Our Success Kit also lists some free incentive ideas to help you reach your fundraising goal. Can any size group use your products and services?
Certainly! We service all groups, large and small.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Vermont Wreaths, however, there is a minimum order of 50 wreaths. Sometimes a shipping or fuel surcharge will apply. Please click here to refer to our terms found under “The Fundraising Process”
Do we have to pay for the products up front?
Not necessarily. If your group is interested in selling chocolate bars, candy, lollipops or Smencils, you may be eligible for Net 30 Day terms. That means you can take delivery of the products now and mail in your payment in 30 days, after you’ve had time to sell them and collect the money. Schools automatically qualify for Net 30 Day terms, providing they fax a purchase order to us on the school’s letterhead at (888) 773-0333. Other organizations that have a checking account in the organization’s name may also qualify for Net 30 Day Terms by completing and submitting our credit application (insert link to our Credit Application). These types of groups include Sports Leagues, Day Care Centers, and more. All other organizations can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check or Money Order.
Our brochure order taking programs require no money up front. This type of fundraiser is ideal for groups and organizations that do not qualify for Net 30 Day Terms and are unable to pay with a check or credit card. You can order the brochures now, collect the money while you take orders, and simply turn in the orders with your payment for the wholesale value of the merchandise and keep your profits!
